*POLICIES & PROCEDURES- * Please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment time. Nurse Karen Skincare & Med Spa has a strict 24 Hour cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, the fee is $75. An invoice will be sent via square to your registered email. If we are able to replace the appointment with a client on our waitlist we will happily waive the fee. If you run late for your appointment the full fee will be applied and we will modify the service to the best of our ability.
